Symatic POS

Terms of use

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These terms apply to the Symatic POS software and this website, provided by Symatic POS (“we”). By installing or using the software, you agree to them.

1. Licence

  • A licence lets one shop use Symatic POS for the period of its plan. It is activated on one main computer. The plan sets how many users and extra counter computers may be used.
  • The licence key is for your shop only. Don't share or resell it. To move to a new computer, ask us to reset the activation.
  • The software checks the licence online once a day. It keeps working without internet for up to 7 days.

2. When a plan ends

When a plan expires, or a licence is suspended or cancelled, the software switches to read-only mode: you can still open, view, print and export your existing bills and reports, but you can't make new bills until it is renewed. Your data is never deleted by us.

3. Payments and renewals

Prices are shown on the pricing page or agreed with you in writing. Renewals extend your licence from its current end date. Refunds, if any, are as agreed at the time of purchase.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the correctness of your bills, tax rates, HSN codes and GST filings. Please check your settings and reports with your accountant.
  • Keep regular backups. The software has a backup tool; we recommend copying backups to another drive.
  • Use the software lawfully, and don't try to copy, change or bypass the licence system.

5. TallyPrime and WhatsApp

Symatic POS works with TallyPrime and WhatsApp but is not made by, or connected to, Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or WhatsApp/Meta. Those products have their own terms. Features that depend on them may change if those products change.

6. Updates and support

Updates are free during an active plan and are installed automatically.

7. Limits of liability

We work hard to make Symatic POS reliable, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current plan.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions? Use our contact page.
